Refund policy

 All Sales are final. There are NO Refunds.  If there is an issue, we will correct it and make it right.  We highly recommend you utilize our video phone call service to take your measurements.   If you take your measurements and they are wrong, you will be responsible for any alterations to remake or correct your issues.

 

If your garments don’t fit and it is our fault, we will correct it to the best of our abilities given proper time to do so. Seamstress labor rate is $50 per hour. Shipping, packaging and insurance of returned items are included in the first return shipment to your home/business after that, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs.

 

You have 7 days from receipt of the product to inform us of any issues.  After that we shall not be responsible to remake, alter or change anything with your purchase. If it is deemed to be a fault on our end, call us prior to returning any garment(s) to discuss the issue and time needed for correction. If our workload is too heavy to make alterations to meet your booking schedule, you may send us the garment(s) in January to have anything reworked.
